How our Fast Lashes subscriptions work

Fast Lashes Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the delivery interval you select and the products are automatically delivered by the Classy Lashes after each successful renewal.

For example, if you have taken out a 4-week subscription, the amount will be automatically debited from your credit card or bank account (via Paypal) every 4 weeks and you will receive the products at home every 4 weeks, without having to order them yourself!

Can I pause or cancel a Fast Lash subscription?

Yes of course. After the first 3 payment terms, you can pause or cancel our Fast Lashes subscription at any time in the customer portal, via your personal account.

The customer portal can be accessed via the magic link you received in the email you received when you placed your first subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions when you create an account or log in through Classy Lashes.

How can I skip or reschedule a payment for a Fast Lashes Subscription?

You can skip or reschedule the payment in the customer portal, via your personal account. You can access this by logging in via the website. Each scheduled delivery has a "Skip Payment" button next to it, which you can use to skip payment. You can reschedule the payment by clicking the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my Fast Lashes subscription?

Sure. You can always add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click the "Add" button in the product card and edit, delete or add products to your subscription.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If the Fast Lash subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method. After payment is successful, you will immediately receive your ordered products.
